An unlimited number of smart devices (i.e., iPad, iPhone, personal computer, Android device) can be used for guest check-in and data capture.
Select the check mark next to the guest name, then a screen will pop up to enter additional information about the guest. Guest companions can also be entered on this screen. A gray color check mark will signal that the guest was checked-in.
Use the search filter by First or Last name.
No; once a guest has been checked-in you can no longer alter that guest. You can update or delete a guest if that guest has not been checked-in.
If a guest brings people who are not registered on the guest list, the guard can easily add them as companions to the main guest list (if allowed by the Client)
VisiCheck is a cloud-based web service. In order to save and sync your data you will need internet WiFi connectivity or 4G service. All devices will sync automatically in real-time via the Cloud.
